Please read these terms carefully and by using and continued use of this koi auction site, you are in agreement with the terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to make additional, deletions, modifications and/or change these conditions at any time without notification.

1) Our koi auction site offers to the members only. You are requested to fill in true and accurate details in the registration form and set up your password which is private and confidential as no one will know this password excepted you and it is your duty to keep your user name and password secretly, if you have forgotten your user name/password you will not be able to login to use this koi auction site. We reserve the right to reject your registration without notice if we found that information details given are not true.

2) Bidding on item(s) is irrevocable and non-cancellation accepted once submitted - please make sure you have put the right amount(s) when bidding.

3) Prices bidding are FOB Bangkok only. Freight including transportation charges for deliver outer Bangkok area are for bidder’s account.

4) The winner will be notified by email once bidding closed and must to arrange settlement by bank transfers to our account including contact us for shipping information within 7 days from closing bid’s date.

5) We shall inform all expenses together with banker details to the winner by email for arrange TT and as soon as our bank confirm receipt of funds, we shall start preparing for the necessary export documents together with health certificate as our koi have been quarantined well prior koi auction started so they can be shipped immediately and we shall keep you informed of shipment date by email.

6) We reserve the right at any times without notices to reject the member(s) who is not attending to the above terms and conditions on this agreement.
